What is the Rotary Leadership Institute?
Rotary's Leadership Institute is designed to prepare Rotarians for leadership at the club and district level. There are no prerequisites for participation in the program.
Classes are conducted by trained facilitators who are from the participant districts. Our facilitators will be from Districts 6630 and 6650. Not from out district. Each session consists of an eight hour training day supplemented by individual work at your leisure.
Participants should:
Have a communicate to leadership at the club or district level.
Enjoy networking with other Rotarians.
Have a desire to hone their leadership skills
The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) was founded in 1992. There are currently 200 Districts participating in RLI.
Out division, the North Coast Division, is currently compromised of the three Northern Ohio Rotary Districts.
Classes are scheduled in central locations in each district and held on Saturday.
Faculty are selected and trained to provide you the best available experience and assist you in understanding and practicing up-to-date Rotary techniques.
